These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fazenegocios.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program operated by Faze ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Faze provides SMS marketing strategy, setup and management services to businesses, mainly dietary supplement brands selling in the United States. Service engagements with clients are governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
2. SMS program terms
Program name and description
Faze SMS. If you opt in on our contact form, you may receive:
- Customer care and account notifications: replies to your inquiries, meeting reminders and updates about your account or project with us.
- Marketing messages, only if you separately opted in to them: news about our services and special offers.
How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on our contact form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless carrier for details.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT or STOPALL, or ask us to stop by any other reasonable means, such as emailing contact@fazenegocios.com.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Client brand messages
When we manage SMS programs for our client brands, those messages are sent under the client's own brand name and are governed by that brand's own terms and privacy policy. To stop messages from a client brand, reply STOP to that brand's messages.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to Faze or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our text messages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our text messages after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
